Heat Draws

Maybe a silly question but i just thought that since the contests are based solely on score now, is there any ready we have to have the heat decisons as we have them according to rank? It would seem now that if a surfer wants early or late it should be easier to accommodate them. It this true?

yes annie it will make it easier to place surfers into earlier or later heats

Don't forget that the new changes all take effect for next season. Nothing changes for our last two competitions.

You can still request early and late heat and the preliminary heat draws will not be changing, it is only advancing to the semi-finals and finals that is changing (as far as this particular topic goes).
